Upāya ~ Remedy for the January

Take your time to contemplate and journaling on: what are the clouds that coming into your sky not letting your inner Sun to shine?

Patters / Addictions / Traumas / Emotions or Feelings / Thoughts / Anger / Fear / Depression / Physical pain / Anxiety / Felling unworthy / Doubt / Default reactions / Tension / Obsessions? Without judging yourself for your experience reflect on that.

Make time to contemplate and journaling on: what you are about to let shine in your life? what form of light is awaiting to shine in your life? is it healing your body? Healing your feelings and traumas? Is it to bring more light and luminosity into your diamond body or your energy body? Is it welcoming and brining up the light of your wisdom, deepening your wisdom? Refining your work? Bring clarity and sense of purpose in your life? Is it to resonate with pathfinders to light up your path and intuition? Just make time to reflect and journaling anything.

As we are calendarly at the beginning of the year and at the same time we celebrate Sūrya the Sun and the LIGHT, regardless the tradition or religion your follow, its time to reflect with awareness and bring more light into our life purpose. Make time to reflect, feel, journaling what all the above means to you and your path in life? For example by beginning a healing process for your traumas will that support the healing of your lineage and ancestors patterns? ‘LIGHTING’ up your life path what that means? Deepening of your yogi path? Inner sense of purposefulness? Harmony in relationships? Clarity of the daily life? Healing of the body? Abundance of wisdom and wealth?…..
