Maṇipūraka chakra it’s the place of Agni or fire and the Bīja mantra for the element fire is RAM. Maṇi means: what is precious or precious gem a jewel a Pearl and pūraka means: a flood a stream of a fulgence / λαμπρο πετραδι. So Maṇipūraka can be translated: as the resplendent gem. It’s at the naval the belly button but technically generally described as just below the knobby just below the navel and of course behind because it’s deep on the inside.
Maṇipūraka chakra its element is fire and its shape is a red colored downward pointing triangle and its Lotus is a ten paddled dark blue Lotus flower (with each pedal for 10 of the sounds). The 10 of the sounds of the alphabet, each is associated with ten petals of the dark blue Lotus that is installed at Maṇipūraka chakra and it is the color of heavily laden rain clouds. That’s the color of this Lotus: dark blue like heavily laden rain clouds. The Lord is RUDRA. RUDRA is now often associated with Śiva. Rudra in Vedas is the God of storm and is also associated with the goddess Lākinī and Agni Devā: the God of fire. It’s Bīja mantra RAM, it’s senses is sight because that is the sense of fire and its Vāyu is Samāna Vāyu, that’s the Vāyu responsible for digestion but it’s also a place where Prāṇā and Apāna converge.
