Private Āḗrial Therapeutics
We work primarily with the spine — the body’s central axis and home of the nervous system. From this core, we begin to map the physical body and subtle mind. The spine is not only structural; it is emotional, energetic, and deeply intelligent.
Using the hammock’s gentle support, we decompress the spine and joints, creating space to release tension and dissolve patterns held deep within. The hammock becomes a medium for renewal — offering zero compression and full support. This mindful, embodied practice cultivates awareness and inner listening.

Listening / Śravaṇa First We begin in stillness. Through conversation and subtle observation, we attune to what your body is whispering and what your spirit is asking for.
Tantric Roots & Sacred Revelation This is not a practice of correction—it is a practice of revelation. Rooted in Tantrik approach to Yoga, Tantra, āyurvedic yoga, restorative, therapeutics, and intuitive healing, Silḗntruth Yoga honors the body not as a problem to solve, but as a sacred field of discovery. Gentle, blissful, awakening—inviting you to experience the body as a gateway to inner truth. Here, healing does not come from outside—it rises from within.
Subtle Unwinding & Sacred Remedy / Upāya: Silḗntruth Yoga sessions invite a descent into the subtle body—into the quiet architecture of the spine, where impressions, emotions, and ancestral patterns reside. These layers are not forced open, but lovingly met. Through the wisdom of inner yogic technology, the spine begins to soften. This is not a method of fixing. It is a sacred restoration. A tender meeting with the self, where healing arises not from effort, but from remembrance. Here, the body is not a problem—it is a temple. A field of revelation.
Integration / Ekīkaraṇa You’ll leave with simple practices, reflections, or recommendations to carry into your daily life. The session doesn’t end when you walk out—it continues in the way you walk, breathe, and relate.

  • €160 / 4 sessions *
  • €280 / 8 sessions *

Policy:
• All group or private are pre-booked and prepaid
• Cancelation is done 24hours prior in order to replace within the prepaid month.
Replacement is offered if there are free spots at any class, during the prepaid month.
Prepaid fees can not be transferred to other month.
In case of lock downs or any other global situation, classes are transferred to an online version. No fees refund or transfer.
